(I feel so old...)
This little guy is from my second favorite Cricut Cartridge - 3 Birds On Parade. The background is paper I found at AC Moore. The flower design is raised and feels kind if like felt, when you run your finger over it.
PSNSBD challenge #10: "card with a pet on it." My sister prefers pets that are furrier, but our feathered friend will have to do.
